Agreement to Terms

By accessing techlabs.lumedesigns.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in Pune, India.

Service Provision

Lume TechLabs provides remote full-stack software development services. All project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed per project.

Intellectual Property

The "Lume TechLabs" brand, the sharp-border UI components, and all original code generated for this site are the intellectual property of Lume TechLabs and Lume Designs. Unauthorized duplication is prohibited.

Limitations of Liability

Lume TechLabs and the TDL Techsphere Group shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital services or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
